Falcon™ Sensor Simulation Toolkit

Falcon is a complete set of tools and libraries needed to quickly and easy transform an existing out-the-window (OTW) visual simulation into a correlated, high-fidelity, electro-optical imaging sensor (CCD, LLTV, NVG, FLIR, etc) simulation. The toolkit contains the following components:

Material Editing Tool - Create, manage, and edit material properties and material systems easily. Also includes diurnal (24-hour) temperature curve instant previewing.
Interactive Texture Classification Tool - Quickly and easily transform visual textures into sensor textures for run-time use.
Software API - Documented code and shader examples illustrate how to quickly evolve your visual OTW simulation into a high-fidelity sensor simulation.
Image Post Processing Effects - Optimized GPU-based rendering of sensor effects like blurring, noise, automatic gain control and much more.
OpenSceneGraph Plug-in - Source code and examples demonstrating Falcon integration into the OpenSceneGraph rendering engine.
